Q - How long does it take to remove my Windows password?
A - The process takes about 10 minutes or less in most cases.

Q - What will I be required to do?
A - You will run a boot on your computer, pick the username you need to remove the password from and reboot.  The password will no longer be required to log in.

Q - Which versions of Windows will this work on?
A - This will work on all Windows NT based computers including Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2003 & 2008 Server.  It works on all releases and service packs.

Q - Which username will this remove the password for?
A - This will remove the local Administrator password as well as any other user passwords you want to remove.

Q - How many times can I use the disk?
A - You can use it an unlimited amount of times.

Q - Why is this better than hiring a local technician?
A - A local tech is more expensive than doing it yourself.  They will simply use our software to fix your problem for a much higher price.  Plus you have to wait for them to come to your location.
